1. Relief goods have been sent to the drop of points. BE AWARE of local gov't trying to take credit for delivering the relief goods. IF you are volunteers delivering relief goods please give directly to the victims. APPARENTLY, the local officials make their marks on the goods and say that its from them.
2.The victims are getting very frustrated that they are not being reached in their area. SINCE, the drop of points are at the forefront WE need to go further out to the victims. BE CAREFUL, as per Red Cross do not give the relief goods along the way. They may swarm your vehicle. WAIT until you get to your drop off points then distribute. AGAIN, as volunteers BE THE ONE to distribute.
3. From what we've heard.... Metro Manila has a lot of collection centers. There are a lot of volunteers who help out in re-packing goods. Now that the relief centers have a lot of goods they are in need of TRUCKS to send to the affected areas. SOME of them cannot receive goods anymore because its full.
4. FOR those who are in the U.S., Europe, and other ASIAN countries and would like to donate. Donate to credible companies who will handle your monetary donations properly and will reach the victims properly. (RED CROSS, ABS-CBN, GMA7, MAX'S, KRISPY KREME PHILS, etc...)
5. WE heard from other people that they have been getting reports that Customs are re-opening donated items from other countries and getting some of it for personal interest. (I leave the comments to all of you)-It is not verified.
6.PHILIPPINE AIRLINES: You can send your relief goods (non-perishable) to the Philippines via PAL and address to the credible companies. For more information please read the announcement of PAL in the news.

MAX'S group of Companies and Krispy Kreme Phils. will continue to donate our time and effort for the typhoon victims. For now, we are currently in the process of making a short and long term plans for the typhoon victims. So please await for our announcement. GOD Bless and thank you for your support worldwide! =)
