1. Does it have a collar with a name tag on? If it does, the owners details should be in the name tag holder, (you usually have to unscrew it).
2. If no collar or name tag, then take it to your nearest vets for them to check if it has a microchip implanted. If it does, the vets can trace the owner.
3. If it dosnt have a collar, nametag or microchip, then the chances are it's wild, or the owners dont really care!
