haha - sorry. It's a term that my husband and I move that refers to doing something that could impact your career. For example, being too aggressive about a raise or showing up late for a meeting could both be CLMs. A former co-worker got smashed and danced on the tables at a work function - serious CLM.

Appearing overly worried about a job could theoretically be a CLM in that an employer could wonder why you are so desperate. Don't take my CLM advice too seriously, though :)
