They told me that they have received a *lot* of complaints over the past two weeks but have not yet found a resolution. I was also told that they have "registered my complaint" and would contact me "within two days" to inform me of the status. Sigh. He said that mgmt has not identified the problem as of yet. I asked him if Vonage had been blocked and he said he did not know.
