as parent of a PSD student, i have given all the understanding that the school is asking from all of us now, i have given too much time to wait for the announcement of the opening of classes which they would always postpone.
PSD is already here for 16 yrs but how come we do not have school buildings yet that would pass the standards and law of the ministry of education here? Why did they entertain a number of enrollees if they could not actually accomodate all? Everybody knows what happened to PISQ last year, they had problems with their buildings but as I can see, our dear PSD is even worse now.
