As someone fostering a shepard, I fully back what Chelsea is saying. Shepards need alot of time otherwise you will have a troublesome dog on your hands, which is also very true for any other breed really. If you want a specific breed, research the type and be prepared for the work.
I walk a dog twice a day if possible and take her for long beach runs at least once a week, if not more. I also spend time working her brain as she is very intelligent and needs mental stimutation as well as physical. Out of all the dogs I've fostered, this one is costing me the most.
