Well, my friend is engaged to someone so it's not like it would be a stranger and it's not being a experiment. You go to the doctor and they take you through everything, but basically they will take an egg from the woman and sperm from a man and put them in a little dish so that the sperm can fertilise the egg. Then they are injected into the womb to start growing into a baby. Then when the baby is born, the baby goes to it's parents as it is their baby.
