You need to make sure that "includes accommodations” means they will give you furnished housing in addition to your salary, not that they expect you to pay it out of pocket. If that is case, at least 1/3rd of your salary will go to housing. A good rule of thumb for westerners is 25% above your current salary, plus company paid housing, transportation, vacation, etc.

I would also suggest you speak with a tax attorney in your home country; while Qatar does not have any income or sales tax, you country may still require you to pay.
