Marnie has never cheated. She had a cup of tea with a friend, who fixed her PC.
Her (now) ex-husband had bribed the housemaid to tell him, when Marnie had a male visitor.
Marnie could have left the country with her kids, when she and her husband separated. But she choose to stay in Dubai to give the children access to their Daddy. And Daddy used the opportunity to throw Mummy into jail.
