I can see your point of not wanting to make trouble and "avoid eye contact" but it is difficult when they are looking at your 14-year-old daughter that way. I tend to get angry and let them know it. She tells me "but mom, girls can marry at my age here." Its still difficult, after all this is my little girl! (although not so little anymore.) I will make eye contact and I will express displeasure and I would do something if they touched her.
