One of the reason why Indian companies or comapnies with Indian HR in Gulf don't employ other nationalities is that they are not sure about the authentic degrees and work experience of these candidates. Most of the recruitment at higher level takes place from large Indian organization on word of mouth or networking basis. Indian businesses (Tata/BlueStar....)have many a times protested against the gulf HR who drains away most of its trained staff.
