Call whatever names you want to Islamic fundamentalism. But it's here to exist to fight the bad. All that causes Islam not to flourish and creates an environment not conducive for worshipping God freely becomes "evil" for Islam. The Qur'an then commands its followers to fight through righful means against that "evil". This fight could be as soft as peaceful negotiations or could be as bloody and an apocalypse.

It's perhaps is the only book that commands an eye for an eye and orders its followers to retaliate violently if Islam and its followers are attacked.

However the only way to realize this truth is to be just minutes away from death when the power to speak is taken away. You can see the death angel but can't say anything....not even your confession to the faith!
