i just want to ask because i heard a lot of scenarios/instances that if you are planning to resign and your company dosnt give NOC submit your resignation letter before the expiration of your current visa so that your employer will not renew and then if you go home you can change your passport ang apply for bussiness visa here after 6months that can be transfferable and apply for your permanent job..please advise me if its true or you knew some people who did this.
