Hello... i am new here... i am Chennai, India... Chennai has the second highest call centers after Bangalore...i got a mail from a local consultancy stating the interviews will be held on Dec 10th and 11th, but i checked my mail only today... Will i be able to apply directly? Pls help me on this.. i have about 3.5 years experience in BPOs.. customer service basically...
