As far as I am aware you CANNOT come back, even on a visit visa (friend from UK stopped at Dubai and not allowed to travel to Doha) unless you have a NO Objection letter from your sponsor.

Your husband will be able to bring you back on a family visa, but the best would be to transfer to him now, if your sponsor agrees!
