i do not offend any one , but to speak frankly most of qataris also do not care about that , they care about appearance , clothing , cars, they are not professionals most of them want to work in government in order to get the benfites only and most of the real work is handeled by other nationalities . of course there are very excellent qataris , but they are rare with respect to the whole qataris.

it is matter of culture not matter of mony.
