A simple rule is that if a woman does not want a man to be her husband in near future after some platonic friendship phase then she is interested in some one else or she does not like him, a man should not waste his time on her, it is a clear signal.

Usually men develop friendship to try to convince the woman to marry in future (my psycology):-) well every type of person is there in the society.
