You have to prepare the following doc.
1- Your wife's passport(copy)
2- Marriage Certificate
3- Your childs Birth certificate and passport ( copy)
4- Your acadimic certificate
5- copy of your ID ans passport
6- Kahramaa Bill
then you go and apply in the Immigration
