for me, qatari's are better than other (not all) arabs who lives here in Qatar... I am a non arab and that is my experience.
Especially those arabs who thinks that they are qatari because they are born here...whew..... what a great great behavior.
If you think that the policeman surpasses the law and got bias... you can go directly to station and fight for your right.
It happens to me many many times (parking) but am not gettin angry (though I am ) instead i'm just saying " yah, it's all yours... god bless u!!! then I don't know why they are shouting after I've said that... what do you think ppl???
