Was the Dubai administration made of a bunch fools to do away with silly nitty gritty.
FOr every two sponsorships, one must be breaking off and going elsewhere - within the country.
Doesn't the sponsor get harmed? May be, and then again may be not.
For every person who jumps his sponsorship, there are two ready to take his place (and maybe better professionals) right there in their country.
What is actually happenning in Dubai, is that a pool of talent is being created, and that is where the sponsor is winning - getting to choose from 10, 20 people and not just one person, whom he had brought on the basis of an interview.
And bitSync, you're actually a bit out of Sync here.
Read my post again. I was more worried about my mother, as most Asian expats would be about their parents.
Do you feel as deeply for your parents? If you would, you would the same way as I do?
If you don't sorry, it's a different value system that you have.
As far as my tenure in this country is concerned, I'll stay on till the time I like and after that bid goodbye. Till that time, I will remain a law-abidding citizen, and also the one to complain when it hurts.
