i applied as executve secretary for top management in a Qatar Gas & Oil Company but I was offered an administrative assistant postion with the above package .. of course I have accepted the Offer and since this is my first time to Qatar

1. What will follow next after my confirmation of their Offer?

2. Is it true that Qatar does not offer work visa right away but instead a visit visa is made possible by Sponsor the work and residence visa will be applied once I am in Qatar soil?
