There is no Art school as such, but drawing and painting is taught in some institutions where they teach other forms of arts like music..dance...martial arts etc..

You can organize workshops and advertise in Qatar living or in the newspapers and then you will get students. I am an art lover and if you organize some workshop I will definitely join with few of my friends who are interested in painting.
