It depends on the available quota job description in your company they applied for working visa,may be it reach their limit or not available or its not the one they applied for and the one it's available is the job description reflected in the RP.It happens in our company the engineer got a worker's job description in his RP so that he will come a soon as possible here. Tell your company PRO if they can change it if there's available for the profession you have,it's possible to change it.
