This is terrible. you would think that a developing nation had better methods for enforcing traffic safety. Unfortunatley no one here seems to take driving school seriously. Most people here should not be allowed to drive. They have no Etiquete and no common courtesy on the roadways. They are rude and have no regard for the safey of others. Its really sad.
