Regarding that matter. You can come back after 6 months under business or visit visa ,but you still have to get an NOC from your Company to be able for you to have a residence permit under different sponsor. It a same thing situation of my friend. She came back in Doha using business visa, she was cancelled from her previous Company. She talk to her Manager nicely and then she was given a release paper or NOC.
