If the age of your kids are not over 15, then they are not required to undergo medical. Only yourself - go accredited medical clinic in Phils...(go to SM LAZO - Taft Avenue, front of Phils Women University). Once you get the result, then bring ur orginal passport with 2 pcs of photos (urs, & kids)with original copy of visa (u can print it in color) then hand-over to DHL office (they will arrange to stamp the visa on ur passport from Qatar Embassy - Phils) and then pay the corresponding amount. After 6 to 7 working days, ur passport with visa will release and get it back from DHL office.
