The doctor has to access your medical history then evaluate whether you need the tests done. Most likely you will not be able to be treated unless you pre-pay what the doctor has ordered for you and this probably will be done at a private outpatient clinic. Each test has a different price to it. Get an Egyptian or Indian doctor and he'll order all the test for you as long as you $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$......
