400QR is not enough..salary should be atleast 6000QR or 7000QR.. you can go directly to the immigration and apply for family visit visa.. which costs 400QR (if they dint change the price)

when i applied visit visa for my mom, they only asked me the following: original and photocopy of my RP, passport, copy of the passport of the person that you are going to sponsor, letter (in arabic) from you stating that you will apply for visit visa, no objection letter (in arabic) from my sponsor that you will sponsor a family visit visa, salary certificate, any supporting document that she/he is an immediate family member.. like birth certificate..

you are going to sponsor whom? your parents?wife?or sibling?
