i would definitely recommend having and attractive name rather than putting a company name.

If I were to order/search any of the services you mentioned above, and I google for it, I would look for an atrracting and assuring dealer/organizer/event managment company name. As your company is dealing with mostly media and ads and events managing, I would recommend you find a name that would be really highlighting what you guys are specializing on etc.

The easier and work-oriented name, the better is the demand and attention earned :)
