well sir, you got to explain your doubt, i.e. what do you mean by airport comples?

for driving in the site, you need 3 things:

1) Project/Site Driving Permit training & short exam/quiz

 2) A valid Qatari Driving License

 3) After you have those two, you apply for a Project Driving License Permit, cause with out this one, you are not permitted to drive in the site or the project area!

So bottom-line, you do need a qatari driving license ;) Any more doubts?
