For vaccination, you may goto Messameer Health Center with your baby's vaccination record from your home country. They will give vaccination and issue the green card, which is required for obtaining the health cards for your family. (Messameer health center is open in the morning hours  and 4pm to 10pm in the afternoon, located opposite to the wholesale market)
