Second, notify the building owner or the person with whom you have made your contract with. Let them know of your present condition and in full details what happened. Remember, you’re the client, so you’re the boss. You have full rights to demand it by force (mental force, not physical) or by warning. Give them a deadline; say within 2 days action must be taken.
Third, if nothing happens, then you definitely need to start taking an action on yourself. And remember this last resort need guts and strong heart. Talk to a vehicle tower, there are lots of them in here. If you don’t have a number, ask me! I will find one for you! For free! Of course you have pay the driver yourself.
So, talk to the car tower, and tow the car away from your parking garage. Park your car in there, and put a chain on the garage entrance. Next time you remove your car from the entrance, make sure you securely lock the entrance. Do this for a week or two, and the other guy won’t dare pressurizing or trouble you.
