The towers have numbers and names, different developers and quality...therefore, slightly different prices. There are some VERY competitive prices, generally direct from the owners so if you've found one of those...mabrouk! For a two bed right now, an average semi-furnished (there are no unfurnished units) unit would be 12,000, but again it depends on the building and size.
