There is no Free Zone in Qatar. It's been talked about for years, but frankly I can't see it coming for years yet...why would Qatar give up 51% ownership before they absolutely have to???
Unless a company qualifies for the QFC or QSTP, there's no chance on being a 100% foreign owned company here.
No freelance visa either.
