your husband is your sponsor. You ca get NOC from him. anyways, most husband sponsors usually doesn't require NOC when applying for a job. I know cause i'm on a husband sponsorship too.But if in case they will asked for NOC, tell your husband to make a letter stating that he is allowing you to work. Hope it helps!
