Yes you can get an endorsement on the ownership card for QR 20 from the Police, but you can only tint rear passenger windows and nothing else. When you take your car for yearly testing, the Technical Inspection will identify it as a legal violation if you have tint anywhere other than the rear windows. The police will ask you to take it off before they issue a new registration.
