Not sure I have an answer for your question, just wanted to add that there are many companies that simply overpromise before recruitment and ON PURPOSE do not give a copy of the contract so that you simply have no rights, I know quite some who were promised 8 hours work, but were now forced to 10 or 12 and do not have any copy of their contracts. So whoever is reading this start only once you get your contract.
