Would you please clarify to which destination you are flying to. In General Qatar Airways on their Electronic
Ticket indicates 20 or 50 Kilos depending on which class are you travelling. Since you are non mentioning the the cities of your Destinations.
I'll give you a hint:

Outbound means Doha - India
All sectors to India Direct Flights,Outbound only)Economy class - 2 pcs of Baggage Total of = 40 Kgs.
Business class -2 pcs of Baggage Total of = 50 Kgs.

Excess baggage you have to pay at 1.5% per Kg in the
Normal fare oneway which payable at the counter itself.

Outbound means Doha - Philippines
All sectors to Philippines Direct Flights,Outbound only)Economy class - 2 pcs of Baggage Total of = 45 Kgs.
Business class -2 pcs of Baggage Total of = 50 Kgs.

Excess baggage you have to pay at 1.5% per Kg in the
Normal fare oneway which payable at the counter itself.

Inbound-(means Return)Baggage allowance as per the Kilo
allowance mention in your Electronic Ticket. Plus if you are Holding a Privilege Card there will be an extra Baggage allowances.
Normal Handcarry luggage at 10 KGS.
