The best thing you have to do is tell your sister or any one of your family to check with Qatar Embassy in Manila
wether the Visa Extension has to be stamped in her passport or no need because even she has 05 years visa stamped in her passport as a rule in Qatar a Person holding wether a Work or Family Visa, staying outside Qatar for more than 06 Months it's automatically considered her/his visa are invalid.
By the way I want to ask you is your sister Departing from which Airport in the Philippines is it Cebu or Manila? Because some Kabayan saying no need and the other is saying it's required so payo ko lang bilang kapatid. As far as I know in Manila Airport mahigpit unless you know someone or you have to give a pangkape pero in DOllAR not PESO to the staff at the immigration, pero kung sa Cebu ay hindi masyadong mahigpit.
It's risky if she go directly to the airport, only Extension letter she's holding, if the Immigration at Manila Airport saying it should be stamped in her passport then she cannot leave, and you know if she's not
travelling the ticket she's holding has a penalty, she is considred as NO Show, the Airline will charge her USD.100 penalty and change of reservation of USD.30.
