Does anyone bought things form ebay or amazon ?

If yes how can you do so as they don't accept to ship to an address other than the credit card billing address, I asked my bank HSBC to add my aramex mail box as a trusted address and they said it is impossible, how to do in this case?

Kindly advice urgently.
