Visa is only valid for one entry unless your wife has a valid (not expired Residence Permit). Your wife visa is still valid up to 2011 but she has already entered Qatar once so she can not use that anymore but instead you have to apply again another visa for her and your new born child. If she has the RP(valid) she can come and go back to Qatar and only apply visa for your kid.
