if your work visa is still temporary (not yet stamped on your passport) what I know is that you can re-enter with another visa, normally if you have been working in less than 3 months, but this is not an absolute rule, what i know is that when you have already have your iqama, no noc means your banned for 2 years, but if not yet, you can exit and reenter. experts about this can correct me if im wrong, this information I just got from a friend.
