You can go to Al A'Ali Sports. They are near the Midmac flyovber. They sell the Italian brand "technogym".

They were the ones who supplied the equipments for the fitness centres used by athletes during the Asian Games in Doha. Really top-class. Their smallest treadmill is around QR.25K, I think. Their after sales service is also excellent.
