Hi, unfortunatly, Lebanese don't have it easy when it comes to visas here. So, she will have to get a tourist visa through a hotel or tour company (according to the Marhaba, and friends who have done it). Basically, you'll have to pay a bribe (ahem, I mean, fee) to a hotel to sponsor her for a visa.
I think there are threads on QL about this exact process and suggestions on hotels to use... Do a search here and hopefully someone will respond on this thread as to what they did recently.
