I am a vegetarian by choice but on certain occasions when I have cooked frozen meat (mostly chicken and mutton) I found out it goes tough and rubbery after few hours. It has to be consumed immediately after being cooked or may be there is soemthing wrong with my cooking. There is a butchery shop near 'Food Palace' in Musherib and if anyone can give me reviews I will be thankful.
