I haven't come across fresh step cedar or science diet dry food but you can find all sorts of other cat foods and litters in large department stores or supermarkets, the most available brand is whiskas with all it's varieties. you can also find other brands but there are shortages and restocking is sporadic. The other option is vets who sell the stuff but slightly more expensive than you'd think. My advise is to bring as much food as you can from your country if your relocation permits.
