The same thing happened to me and it was easy to collect once I had found the right building, I would advise you to get a taxi or a driver as this was the only way we found the building (it was just up from White Palace Roundabout turning left at the Barbie Salon). All you need is you ID and sign for the item on the second floor.
The building has no sign or any markings at all and there is no real parking available
