aak...I have every sympathy with you but I would have stopped at the lights. If the idiot in the Land Cruiser had run into the back of you it would have been his fault. The chances of you being seriously injured in a rear-end shunt are not nearly as high as being hit at the front or side of your car in a mid-junction accident.

It's also more than likely that you would have been held responsible for any accident. Now, that means jail or a huge fine. Don't let these idiots intimidate you into putting your life or your liberty at risk.

If there's going to be an accident - make sure they don't get away with shouldering the responsibilty.

I know it's easy to for me to say this sitting here at home and again I sympathise with the frightening situation you found yourself in.
