Ours is working, but not that well. We changed the Bandwidth setting as instructed by Qtel, but it didn't help.
Qtel did something that took it from not working at all to working somewhat - it still sounds like both parties are underwater. Adjusting the settings didn't do one bit of good for us...not one iota.
