This year is very special concerning Hajj:
Saudi authorities have reduced Qatar expats quota to 1500 only compared to 9000 last year,and the swine flu is spreading so fast that the Qatar Hajj Committee has suspended the online registration for time being.
I'm calling them almost daily,and it's always the same answer:
"We're waiting for the Saudi authorities green light"
But one thing is sure,this year nobody would be able to register through licensed agencies (Hamla),as it will be exclusively online.
